Nelly has them, Paul Wall has them, Brooke Hogan has them, for God's sake. When it comes down to it, grillz are so gotti, they're cool. Just like, say, Ed Hardy & the Mafia.
I'm trying to make this seem as fashion-related as possible, but truth is, it's a stretch. Let's get down to it: I may, just may, need braces. And if I do end up having a mouth makeover, I would much rather ceramic brackets than metal ones.

Ceramic plates are the equivalent of transparency. They're best for people who don't have blindingly white teeth, and their sole disadvantage is that they may stain with time. I especially like how sleek they look.
It's simple: I want perfect teeth, but I don't want to have to go through the grueling process it takes to get to them. Hence my solution. Not too shabby.

what about invisiline?
invisalign are esthetically perfect, but depending on your problem, they may not work as well as 'normal' braces. also, they tend to need more care + time to work. for the price, i don't know if it would be worth it.
i had metal brackets for two years. omgggg. but the ceramics ones become yellow you know that right? i used to have my brackets like 1years ago and now i'm really happy with my teeths.
