tuesday: aa top, aa dress rolled into skirt, talula leggings, h&m blue flats.
wednesday: h&m shirt, skirt by me + my mum, aa tights, faux white keds.
yesterday the orthodontist told me, to my enormous dismay, that i'd have my braces for at least - he really put the emphasis on that - another year.
really unfair considering that i've had them for 2 & one half years, and i'm supposed to only have them for three years.
but (yes, there is a but, isn't there always ?) there might be a happy ending to this story, i'm going back there tomorrow morning to speak with him about possible alterations.
i don't wanna be a metalmouth forever.

I haven't ever met someone whose braces came off at the time they were supposed to, so I wouldn't feel too bad. I love the skirt you made and paired with the striped shirt it's lovely.

i hate the orthodontist. i feel like they just want to make you mad everytime you visit, crush your hopes and dreams. luckily i had my braces in middle school and they are long gone, and i never wore my retainer (though im still suppose to) and my teeth alignment didnt change, so i think that the whole retainer thing is a form of torture. ok, i will stop ranting.
i really love that yellow top, the perfect shade. and the second outfit is perfection.
usually i think black and yellow together is a little bumblebee-ish, but i'm pretty into this look

I got you beat.
I had braces for 8 years; When they were first put on, the orthodontist decided my teeth were too immature. So he kept the top row on to close my gap. 5 years later he decided I needed to pull out my wisdom teeth and he put braces on all my teeth, and for the next 3 years, my teeth became beautiful. Now I'm braces free and I'm constantly complimented on my teeth. So my dear, just think about how amazing you will look!
